Revenue Audits

• Attendance at and assisting clients and accountants practices for Revenue audits across all tax heads including PAYE/PRSI, VAT, Capital Taxes, Relevant Contracts Tax and Income tax.

• Review of clients tax records prior to Revenue audits to identify potential areas of liability.

• Assisting with preparation of Qualifying Disclosures of tax liabilities, interest and penalties.

• Negotiating tax settlements with Revenue on behalf of clients.

• Liaising and discussing technical taxation issues and related matters with Revenue throughout audit process.

• Negotiating payment schedules with the Collector General and Revenue Sherriff on behalf of clients.
